General Information Suite and Meeting Room reservation information will be available 3/1/12. Hotel sleeping room reservations, conference registration and suite and meeting space reservations are all automated through this site and will be posted 3/1/12. Suite and Meeting Space Reservation Procedure As in the past, all suite requests will be assigned by the SWFC Suite Committee. Please be aware, the selections are not based on a first-come first-served basis, but by consideration of the number of conference attendees at past conferences from the company making the request, length of time that company has reserved suites, and participation in conference planning and leadership by company members. All reservations will be honored, but because of the large number of reservations received vs. the limited number of suites, the type of room(s) assigned may not be exactly as requested. You can be assured that all efforts will be made to accommodate your needs in the best available manner. We will honor all connecting room requests, though. May 1, 2012 is the deadline to make all suite and meeting site requests for the 2012 conference. Formal notification of assignments will be made before May 15, 2012 via email.
