Suite and Meeting Space Reservation Procedure
April 1, 2013 was the deadline to make all suite and meeting site requests for the 2013 conference.  Formal notification of assignments will be made after April 15, 2013 via email.  At this point, contact the SWFC office for availability.

Tom Tiefel Meeting Room
The Tom Tiefel Meeting Room is an area set aside for all attendees to use, at no charge, for small meetings and social gatherings.  It will be available for the duration of the conference. Tom is a longtime conference attendee and past SWFC Chairman who has always been a master of effective networking.
