• Hotel room cancellations after June 15 will incur a one-night room charge and a $25 service fee.

• You must be registered with the conference to reserve a room.  Registration information will be included with your registration confirmation.

• Multiple nearby hotel options at varying rates will be offered.

• Please only reserve the rooms necessary, cancellations cause difficulties for all participants.​​

• All conference events will be held at the Hyatt Regency New Orleans. 

​

• Do not call the hotels directly for rooms – they will not be able to help you. SWFC now manages hotel reservations to all hotels internally and acts as an intermediary to those hotels.  This gives the attendee greater individual control and the ability to survey available hotel options in one location, as well as providing the best rate.
