Networking Opportunities & Appointments
In order for the conference to be successful for you, we highly encourage that you make appointments prior to the conference. Because attendance is over 2,100, it is difficult to connect with your customers or suppliers on site. Attendance this year will be similar.
Once you are registered, you can access a 'live' registration list on-line. That list can be used to contact individuals to request meetings.
Many companies have meeting spaces reserved throughout the hotel.Those meeting assignments will begin in January and are prioritized by past conference participation.
As in past years, we will have complimentary tables on a first-come, first-serve basis in the general meeting area of the hotel (also known as the Tiefel Room). Trade show booths will be available, as well.
