Networking Opportunities & Appointments
In order for the conference to be successful for you, we highly encourage that you make appointments prior to the conference. Because attendance has been over 2,100 in recent years, it will be difficult to connect with your customers or suppliers on site.
Once you are registered, you can access a 'live' registration list through the conference phone app. That list can also be used to contact individuals to request meetings.
Many companies have suites and meeting spaces reserved throughout the hotel.Those meeting assignments will begin in January and are prioritized by past conference participation.
As in past years, we will have complimentary tables on a first-come, first-serve basis in the general meeting area of the hotel (also known as the Tiefel Room). Trade show booths and reserved tables will be available, as well.
